Bell Buckle Country Store, Inc.

• 3 cups biscuit mix
• 1 pound hot sausage
• 1- 10 oz package grated cheddar cheese
• ¼ cup chopped pecans
• 1 jar of Simplify Pecan Pepper Jelly

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with Simplify Pecan Pepper Jelly for dipping. Yields approximately 100 Sausage balls.
