- 2 cups of cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of Captain Rodney’s Roasted Garlic Buffalo Sauce
- 1/2 cup of ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon into 1 quart baking dish and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through. Sprinkle with additional blue cheese, if desired, and serve with chips, crackers or cut up veggies.
