Lemon Curd Gimlet

Our hand made lemon curd makes for a smooth, creamy and oh so lemony take on the classic Gin Gimlet. Perfect for entertaining on a summer afternoon or any time you need a refreshing treat that goes down smooth.

Grab your shaker tins and add:

  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces of gin
  • 1 ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 an ounce of vanilla simple syrup (see below)
  • 1 barspoon of Simplify or Rose & Ivy Lemon Curd

Add ice and shake well. When chilled, strain into a coupe or cocktail glass, garnish with a lemon wheel and enjoy responsibly.

(To make Vanilla Simple Syrup- Add 1 cup of sugar to 1 cup of water and heat till completely blended, stirring occasionally. Once the mixture is incpoirated, add 2 ounces of Bel Buckle Country Store Pure Vanilla Extract. Mxture will keep 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator.
