Rose & Ivy Layered Fruit Compote

with Burgundy Poppy Seed Dressing

 

Equal parts of fruit in season. When possible we use:

  • Pineapple chunks (drained)
  • Blueberries
  • Grapes (seedless)
  • Strawberries
  • Kiwi

Wash and drain all fruits.  Cut strawberries in half. Peel and slice kiwi.  Layer in deep dish-pineapple on bottom. Drizzle Rose & Ivy Burgundy Poppy Seed Salad Dressing over all fruit.

Mix:

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 6 oz whipped cream or whipped topping

Spread cheese mix on top of fruit.
