For Pralines:
- 2 cups Pecan Halves
- 1/2 cup brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
For Cake and Topping:
- 1 box of butter pecan cake mix
- 1 -14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 bottle of Rose & Ivy Pecan Praline Dessert Topping
- 1 cup whipped cream-whipped
- 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
Directions for pralines:
Mix the pecans, sugar and cream in a bowl. Place onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Stir after 10 minutes Let cool and harden.
Directions for cake:
Make the cake according to package directions and bake in a 9"x 13" baking dish or pan. When removed from oven while still hot, poke holes into cake using handle of a wooden spoon. Pour the condensed milk over the top, then pour the praline dessert topping over. Let cool completely. Top with the whipped cream that has been sweetened with the powdered sugar. Crush up the pralines you made earlier and sprinkle them over the whipped cream. Keep chilled after serving.
