- 1 cut up chicken or chicken pieces (boneless breasts, etc.)
- 1/2 cup of Rose & Ivy Champagne Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Wash and place pieces of chicken skin side up in a baking dish Salt and pepper to taste.. Drizzle ½ to 1 cup Rose & Ivy Champagne Honey Mustard Dressing Dressing over the chicken. Bake in 350° oven for one hour. Serve over rice or pasta. Garnish with parsley
Grilled Version
Grill chicken over medium hot coals brushing with dressing till done.
