Bell Buckle Country Store, Inc.

• 1 lb American or cheddar cheese grated
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 jar of Bainbridge Festive Foods Apple Pie Jelly
• 1 tbsp grated green onion
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 tbsp dry parsley

Mix first five ingredients and shape into a ball.  
Roll ball in pecans and parsley

Serve with remaining jam spread on top.
