
- 8 Cups of Italian Cheese Blend, shredded
- 4 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 16 Ounces of Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Cup of Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup of Chopped Green Onions
- 1/4 cup of chopped bell pepper
Combine all ingredients, reserving 1 cup of Italian Cheese blend. When well mixed, separate 1/3 of your cheese mixture into another bowl and add:
- 2 Tablespoons of Ranch Dressing Powder
and mix well.
To the remaining 2/3 of your mixture add:
and mix completely. Chill both mixtures till firm, before forming buffalo mixture into "shoulders" of your Bald Cheagle and the ranch mixture into the head. Cover outside of head with reserved Italian Cheese blend and the shoulders with pretzel goldfish. Form beak and eyes from fresh bell pepper and chill for 3 hours or overnight. Serve with crackers, carrots and celery or pretzels.
Alternately, this cheeseball is also excellent served in a bowl or casserole dish, for a great presentation, add the buffalo mix and swirl the ranch mixture through the dish before chilling.
