Mama Lee's No-Churn Hot Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 3 cups of heavy cream
  • 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup of Mama Lee’s Hot Chocolate Mix, any flavor
  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows, plus more for garnish

Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form then fold in sweetened condensed milk, Mama Lee’s Hot Chocolate Mix, and marshmallows. When this is well mixed transfer to a 9 by 5" loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Top with additional marshmallows, dust with Hot chocolate mix and freeze until firm, about 5 hours.

When ready to serve, remove from freezer to let soften 5-10 minutes.
